Clinical Care:
- 30 days 125 hours of CME/CEU's
- Taught at our training area in the Karakorum Range/K-2
approach, west Himalayan mountain range
- A unique education in all aspects of high altitude medicine,
remote & expeditionary medicine is combined with intense clinical
care of the indigenous Balti people in the area
- The majority of the program is spent living and working out of
primitive tent camps
- Variable weather, altitude, and geography make this a physically

Introduction to Wilderness & Expedition
Medicine Including Wilderness First Aid (WFA):
- 5 days, 25 hours of CME/CEU's
- An intense but enjoyable introduction to the basics of patient care
in the remote and resource limited environment
- All days are full of an exciting combination of small group learning
and practice in the jungles, caves, and rivers of our training base
- One overnight in the jungle is part of this program
- This program is ideal for those with limited time but needing
sophisticated training; it grants Wilderness First Aid Certification

Wilderness, Expeditionary, Missionary
Laboratory Medicine:
- 5 days, 25 hours of CME/CEU
- Low tech lab, often without electrical support, is taught using a mix
of the very best older;low tech methods and the latest;high-tech
solutions, including patented and copyrighted material exclusive to
our programs
- Pocket, small  large bag labs are used to learn the basics of
hematology, infectious disease, and physical medical analysis
suitable for use in the austere environment

Maritime & Marine Medical Responder With Dive
Accident Management:
- 5 days, 25 hours CME/CEU's - Focused on the marine coastal
environment, this program offers the
Marine First Responder certification
- Medical first response care is combined with Dive Accident
Management and an introduction to hyperbaric medicine therapy to
form a unique training program for those operating in, on, and
around the water
- You do
NOT need to be SCUBA certified to attend this program
- Extensive hands-on practice is conducted on shipboard, and in
and around the water

Wilderness First Aid For Guides:
- 5 days,  25 hours of CME/CEU
- A full introductory wilderness first aid class suitable for those with
no prior wilderness medicine training
- Basic life support using improvised and common solutions is
emphasized
- CPR is NOT included in this program as it is so commonly
available
- This is taught specifically for guides and those needing
leadership and emergency response management training in
addition to medical training

Remote Medical Procedures  & Special Topics:
- Varies, often 3 - 5 days depending on the program
- Wound repair, orthopedic management of fractures dislocations,
advanced fluid therapy, advanced field diagnosis, advanced field
